Drew we aren't talking about poor people who are being screwed by the man. I think the fans no what is better for the game obviously. The NHLPA is under the crazy impression that fans will not be turned off by this.
Oh, I think both sides understand that the fans will be turned off by this. And no, hockey fans don't know what's best for the sport in terms of business. When fans have opinions about rules changes, I take those opinions seriously. When fans have opinions about profit margins, collective bargaining agreemets, salary caps, and luxury taxes, I want to look at their MBAs.
